GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you use the numbers.

Is this a quote from a local business?

No. It is a planning range using stated assumptions, not a live quote or a local price survey. No provider has accepted the project.

Can I get a plan without sharing my phone number?

Yes. See, print and download your report without contact details. Contact submission and provider matching are not available yet.

What if my project needs more than one trade?

Start with the main service. Prepare separate plans for additional trades and ask providers to confirm dependencies and exclusions. Do not add ranges together as a binding quote.

What happens to my photos?

Your browser resizes photos, and the server removes embedded metadata. If you choose AI analysis, the photos and description go through OpenKeys to the configured Gemini model. Photos are not retained in this project database or published. The provider’s own processing and retention terms also apply.
